TEACHERS All applicant teachers must be TEIL, TESOL, TESL, TEFL, CELTA certified to be eligible for licensing.  Academic degrees in related fields will be taken into consideration but cannot be the ground for issuing The License. INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS Applying International Schools must have at least three TEIL, TESOL, TESL, TEFL, CELTA certified teachers on staff to qualify for The License and The Certificate of Good Standing.
