must provide proof of work experience and
language fluency (for non-native speakers) The
certificate is issued immediately upon
registering and submitting required fees. A
grace period will be settled to take an online
test. Documents will be shipped within 24 hours
from the notice of receipt of payment and
forwarded to the address indicated in the
registration form. CETC bears no liabilities for
incomplete or misguiding information in the
registration form. Shipment via insured express
mail services plus tracking information will be
provided to each of the applicant. All
applications are subject to the agreement terms
and conditions by CETC. No refunds. No
